How much training does our team need?

We keep it simple.

During onboarding we train your staff on starting runs, pausing or stopping the robot, handling errors, and basic daily care (like emptying bins). Most teams are comfortable in a single session, with follow-up support available as needed.

What does support look like after we go live?

All plans include remote support and software updates.

Growth and Elite plans add a dedicated customer success contact, regular performance reviews, and help adjusting routes or schedules. Elite also includes fleet-level guidance for multi-site operators and extended warranty options.
